What are your unanswered quotes costing you?
Every quote that never gets a yes or a no is work you priced up and then lost track of. Put in your own numbers and see what it adds up to in a year.

Your numbers
What a typical job you quote is worth, in Australian dollars.
Quotes that go quiet
Your own estimate. Of the quotes you send, how many never get a yes or a no? The starting figure is only a placeholder, not an industry figure: move it to what you see in your own business.
If follow-up wins back
An assumption you can change. How many of the quiet quotes a follow-up turns into a yes. It starts low on purpose, and nobody can promise you a figure.
Optional, and your own number. What you pay a lead site, a lead service or Google for one lead, in Australian dollars. Leave it empty and nothing changes.
An assumption you can change. It starts at one lead bought for each quote you send. If you buy three leads for every quote you get to send, put 3. If only half your quotes come from bought leads, put 0.5.
What it adds up to Estimate

A$172,800
12 quotes a month × 12 months × 40% gone quiet × A$3,000 a job
If follow-up won back 10% of them

Estimated lead fees you paid for the quotes that went quiet

Win one extra job a month and GotTheJob pays for itself.
One extra job a month would not cover it on its own.
GotTheJob is A$95 a month at the founders rate: month to month, no setup fee, no GST to add. Compared on job value, not profit.
Fill in your quotes a month and your average job value to see the estimate.
An estimate from your own numbers, worked out in this browser. It is the value of the work quoted, not profit, and not a promise of what you would win. Nothing you type is saved or sent.
How it works out
- Quotes a year: your quotes a month, times twelve.
- Gone quiet: the share of those you said never get an answer.
- What they were worth: times your average job value. That is the first figure.
- Won back: the share you think a follow-up could turn into a yes. That is the second figure.
- Lead fees, if you fill them in: the quotes that went quiet, times the leads you buy per quote, times what a lead costs you. That is what you paid for leads that went nowhere.
It is a rough guide built only from what you put in. It counts the value of the jobs quoted, not your profit on them, and no follow-up can promise a result. Your numbers stay in this browser tab: nothing is saved or sent. The share button makes a link with your numbers in it and nothing else.
Paying for leads on a lead site or Google?
Then a quote that goes quiet costs you twice. You paid for the lead, you rang them back, maybe went out and measured up, and wrote the quote. If it goes quiet and nobody chases it, the lead fee is money gone, and so is your time. GotTheJob chases the quotes that go quiet, so the leads you paid for get a proper go.
Put in what a lead costs you and the estimate adds what you paid in lead fees for the quotes that went quiet, from your own numbers. Leave it empty and nothing changes.
What GotTheJob does about it
It sends polite follow-ups on every quote, in your own wording, until the customer answers, and shows you who opened the quote. You keep the final say on every message. See how the follow-ups work or check the pricing.
